We're thrilled to highlight an outstanding accomplishment by our enthusiastic members of the Touch of Love Young Achievers Club. Over two action-packed days on March 22nd and 23rd, 2024; our Ethnic Minority Young Scots participated in Youth Scotlandโs I-Lead training facilitated by the inspiring youth worker, Stuart from Youth Scotland.
Our young leaders engaged in a series of interactive sessions that focused on enhancing their leadership qualities and teamwork skills. They tackled practical challenges and participated in fun activities like the "string handcuffs" game, which not only brought laughter and joy but also fostered essential skills in communication and collaboration.
A massive shout-out to Stuart, whose dedication and journey from Glasgow brought invaluable insights and boundless energy that truly ignited the passion in our participants. His commitment to youth empowerment continues to inspire us all!
We are also immensely grateful to @CashBackScot for funding this transformative program. Your support is helping to unlock the potential of our Ethnic Minority Young Scots, empowering them to lead and thrive.
The participants are on their way to earning the accredited Hi5 Awards (SCQF Level 2) through the I-Lead programme. This recognition is a testament to their hard work and the skills they've developed during the training, preparing them for further leadership opportunities.
Donโt forget to check out the highlights from the training on our social media pages on Facebook and Twitter/X. For more information on how you can get involved with the I-Lead training and empower your leadership skills, visit our website.
Together, we empower! A huge thank you to @YouthScotland for fostering collaboration and igniting the fire within our young leaders. Here's to many more successes and the bright future of our Young Achievers Club!
